Privacy policy

This page explains what information Vlad Web Works collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have. In short: I only collect what you choose to send me, I use it to reply to you, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you request a free demo, you share your name, your email address and/or Instagram handle, your answers to the questions (what you need, which package and extras interest you, and your timeline), and anything you write about your business.

Like most websites, the hosting service may also automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How I use it

I use the information you send to reply to you, prepare your demo, and talk with you about your project. That's it. I don't use it for advertising, and I don't add you to any mailing list unless you ask me to.

Who it's shared with

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. It's only handled by the services this website needs to work: Netlify, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers your request to my inbox. They process it on my behalf and only for that purpose. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it doesn't follow you across other websites. Because of that, there's nothing for a browser's “Do Not Track” setting to turn off, and the site works the same whether it's on or not.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages for as long as we're in touch about a project, and afterwards only as long as I need them for my business records.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email hello@vladwebworks.com.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. It isn't directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
